3.2.     Academic Requirements

To satisfy the academic requirement, an applicant must:

1. have achieved a UAI of at least 93.8 in the New South Wales Higher School Certificate (or interstate equivalent), or 90.6 (or equivalent) at a school in a designated rural or remote location. 

3.3.     Personal Qualities Requirement

1. The Assessment of Personal Qualities consists of two stages:
   1. Stage 1 comprises the Undergraduate Medicine and Health Sciences Admission Test (UMAT); and
   2. Stage 2 comprises an interview as determined by the Joint Medical Program Committee and approved by the relevant Faculty Board at each University.
