1) is tort law common law or civil law? does that question make sense?
2) if the state gov allows companies to pollute, is this political or economic influence on the law?
3) i did a multiple choice thing i think from the macquarie legal textbook and it said that fairness is more closely related to justice than equality, equity and law. WTF? ARENT THEY ALL CHARACTERISTICS OF JUSTICE??
4) is the right to join a trade union a civil right or workplace right?
5) are human rights better protected by common law or the constitution? i swear it said one in one book and the other in another book

BTW AGAIN @LINDA: WHAT IS THE NAME FOR THE PAROLE BOARD?? someone told me but i forgot.. it was similar to DPP.. but DPP is the director of public prosecutions.. maybe he works for the parole board place? arghh what is the parole board called :(

parole board are the ppl who decide if someone is eligible for parole. it was on the simpsons like yday i think hee hee parole hearing.
